Accessibility Statement

Omnium Editions’ commitment to an accessible and inclusive website.

Draft for legal review · Last updated 6 October 2026

Commitment

Omnium Editions aims to provide a website perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for the widest practical audience, including people using keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice control or reduced-motion settings.

Target standard

The intended target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Relevant obligations may include the European Accessibility Act as implemented in Ireland, the UK Equality Act 2010, the Americans with Disabilities Act and applicable state laws, the Accessible Canada Act and provincial standards, and Australia’s Disability Discrimination Act 1992. Applicability depends on the operator, service and market.

Measures

  • Semantic headings, labels, landmarks and keyboard-operable controls.
  • Visible focus states, text alternatives and sufficient colour contrast.
  • Layouts that reflow at narrow widths without loss of information.
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences and avoidance of essential information conveyed only by colour.
  • Accessibility consideration when selecting future retailer, analytics and embedded-service providers.

Known limitations

Some presentation-board artwork contains decorative or small embedded text that may not be fully readable with assistive technology. Equivalent book and collection names are provided as live text where practical. A formal independent audit has not yet been completed.

Feedback and alternatives

The publisher’s accessibility contact email and postal address must be inserted before launch. Once provided, requests should identify the page, difficulty, assistive technology if relevant, and preferred response format. Omnium Editions will aim to acknowledge promptly and provide an accessible alternative where reasonably possible.

Enforcement

Visitors may also have a right to raise unresolved accessibility concerns with the competent equality, accessibility or human-rights body in their jurisdiction. This statement does not limit those rights.
